“Vera” (certified) Pizza Napoletana to Durum wheat pasta, olive oil, garlic, artichokes, oranges, ricotta cheese, eggplants, zucchini, fish (anchovies, sardines and tuna) & capers are all important components to the southern cuisine.

Here at Bronx Napoli, we source genuine Italian staples such as San Marzano tomatoes and Durum flour where possible. We also support local suppliers and work with seasonable ingredients.

Our Pizza

Pizza was born in Naples, “Vera" Pizza Napoletana (certified by law): is thick crusted, made from “00” durum flour, salt, water and Lievito Madre (live mother yeast). Slow levitation process and always cooked in a Woodfired oven at no less than 450c for 90 seconds.
